Good morning. This few days I had seriously in "Insomnia" mode lately ever since I had back to KL. I always tried myself to sleep early around 12 A.M. but in the end wake up at 2 A.M.. Then, I'll managed myself sleep back at 5 A.M. again. I also wandering what's wrong with my brain where sometime kept me alive back from a dead sleep mode. Back to Year 2010, I can sleep at 10 P.M. and woke up at 7 A.M.. This had made my housemate jealous about that I can managed myself and maintain my sleeping time at 10 P.M.. However, my sleeping time is in a mess. Maybe I always slept at 5A.M. when I back to hometown for Chinese New Year.
After having my own holiday and skipped classes in college, my attendance was so poor till my college had issued a warning letter to me and I think it might went to my parent too. Luckily, my mom always will call me and ask why my attendance was so poor and she trusted me that she hide the letter from college from my dad. Love my mom so much for her understanding and trust on her son.
The main purpose I write the blog yesterday is for my friend asking them help me to get a Master League in 3v3 league match for Starcraft 2 !!! Mr. Lastgamer, Mr. Slowhands, Mr. Ejay and Mr. Custer, I hope you guy can help me achieved that. Sorry I had to drop down Mr. Alien for this because he had declared MIA from Starcraft 2 and we didn't play that much since he went to Australia for his studies. Look at that insane guy above, he had achieved all Master League for 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 and 4v4. WTF yo! I wanna asked him how many days he had spent for that and he got a life? haha!
Not only that, I had google about a 42 simple tips to help you to get to sleep! Damn it, Google is really made to be human best friend when we are in trouble and seeking for advise! The 42 tips are designed to help us deal with the tension, stress and anxiety that lead to insomnia that can lead us a good night's sleep! Gonna try later!
1. See a Doctor - No money ah!
2. Take a Warm Bath - No heater ah!
3. Get a Massage - This one also no money and some more so mahuan!!
4. Listen to Music or Other Audio - I just listen to du chi du chi songs!
5. Drink Warm Milk - I lazy to warm up the milk!
6. Drink Herb Tea -
7. Eat a Bedtime Snack - Very fat ah! I hate junk foods!
8. Avoid Caffeine, Alcohol and Tobacco - Nineh! I must smoke before sleep!
9. Sleep in a Well-Ventilated Room - I don't have room, I sleep in living room!
10. Sleep on a Good Firm Bed - My bed is cheap and very lauya!
11. Sleep on Your Back - Sounds like no bad! Will try it out!
12. Get Some Physical Exercise During the Day - Oh ya! I long time didn't do exercise already! Gonna do some workout to + Strength!
13. Keep Regular Bedtime Hours - I already tried my best liao!
14. If You Can't Sleep, Get Up - I am doing it right now. If no, why am I doing here?
15. Don't Sleep In - I everyday holidays eh! I must sleep to pass the time!
16. Get Up Earlier in the Morning - Get up so early do what ah?
17. Keep Your Bed a Place for Sleep - If no how I sleep oh?
18. Avoid Naps - I already long time didn't take naps!
19. Avoid Illuminated Bedroom Clocks - My room don't have clocks!
20. Counting Sheep - Count sheep will make me frustrated and can't sleep!I rather count girls! 21. Not Thinking - I think a lot before I sleep!
22. Smoke Yourself to Sleep - just now ask me don't smoke, now ask me smoke! WTFS!
23. Yawning - I yawn till my mouth koyak also like that nia.
24. Sex - mhmmm like this need go hotel. Mahuan + waste money!
25. Backwards Counting/Mental Computer - WTF is this?
26. South, Not North - Totally catch no balls!
27. Earplugs - Sounds no bad!
28. Secure Place - the place I live of course is secure la!
29. Bedtime Routine - I always play Starcraft 2 before sleep!
30. Hot Water Bottle - Need boil water, very lazy!
31. Green Cows - and Other Animals of Color - I never know i think of other animals of color can make me sleep!
32. Short Walk Before Bed - how short is the short?
33. Sleep With Your Head Facing North - How I know which direction is north!
34. Don't Watch TV or Read Before Going to Bed - I don't have TV and I hate readings! 35. Toe Wiggling - look like it can help me!
36. Stomach Rub - the more i rub, the more I feel wanna na sai(shit)!
37. Progressive Relaxation - wOah! this one also no bad!
38. Deep Breathing - I always breath deeply!
39. Visualize Something Peaceful - I can't!!! I can't imagine peaceful thing in my mind!!!
40. Visualize Something Boring - I can't!!!!!!!!! My life is too excited and interesting
41. Imagine It's Time to Get up - what ngon sak tips is this?
42. Quiet Ears - CB! sure is Randall la! Always play ps3 so loud there!

Argh, some how I felt abit sleepy already. For me, the best way I think is to WRITE SOME SHIT ON MY BLOG WILL GIVE ME A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP!
